Rheology Modifiers
Our rheology modifiers is an innovative product that consist of low and medium anionic charged polymers with relatively low molecular weight. When used in ore beneficiation, they leads to the production of a higher underflow solid concentration that remains pumpable compare to the conventional product. Therefore, more water can be recycled for the process immediately, less evaporative losses at the tails dam and less fresh water is needed for the mining plant.

Emulsion
In the presence of appropriate surfactant, the emulsion with good performance can be obtained by gradually adding water phase into the oil phase and assisting agitation or high speed shear emulsification. The obtained water-in-oil polyacrylamide emulsion consist polyacrylamdie nanospheres surrounded by surfactants that are dispersed in the oil or other organic solvent and when being used, specific demulsifiers will be added into the system and the polyacrylamide will be immediately available in the system.
